ABOUT DRAGON HOUSE MMA

Dragon House is a 4000 square-foot facility located in San Francisco’s Outer Mission District. We teach traditional Chinese Kung Fu in the Bak Mei (White Eyebrow) and Lung Ying (Dragon) styles, and have an extensive curriculum in all forms of Mixed Martial Arts, from Mongolian Wrestling, grappling, kickboxing, San Shou, and bare knuckle sparring. We work on standup and ground fighting. We also train in weapons attack and defense, and general body conditioning.
